About the Artist

My Name is Dom Baca. Colorado born and North Carolina raised. I lost my only brother, Joseph, in 2012 and ended up in a really dark place. I knew my life was changing and I decided to guide that change. I also knew if I wasn't happy where I was then I needed to give myself a chance to be happy somewhere else.  I set and met some goals and put my plan into action. I took a leap of faith back to Colorado in July 2014. Part of my plan was to find a passion project(s) to build my happiness.  I made the move and invested all I had to give myself the chance to pursue whatever makes me happy. I landed a job in Oncology when I moved back and remain in the medical field to this day helping enrich patient lives. I decided to focus my free time and passion into making art and legally growing some of the finest marijuana on the planet.  It’s nice to live in a state where I can legally grow 24 plants and post pictures to social media without having to worry about ending up in prison. Shortly after I moved back to Colorado I created an Instagram account @Soilless_Dreams303 to show pics of my garden, street art, and my art. I use a Soilless Gardening method so that’s how I came up with the name. I've trademarked Soilless Dreams as my Brand and this store is how I'm going to share my passion with the world.
